Working morning shift for the pass few days , i guess that explains why i'm so so worn out, i look like a zombie now. CSA can be fun at times but hard times still stands the majority. Have to go through all the customer, phone call and agent. Oh , they drive me nuts. It's either i get super super busy or i just sit there and stone. Colleagues from CSA are nice , others from KA and HA are also pretty friendly :) JJ and i have a good time laughing at LKK , Zombie , Shortie and RenYao =P
